Incorrect / Lost Items

If you have received the wrong or are missing items from your order, please let us know and contacts use Via Email at with your Order Number, Name and a screenshot of your order summary with Proof of the incorrect item. We will look into the issue and handle it for you. 

Refunds Or Exchanges

Due to the current events of COVID-19, The safety Of the Customers and the nature of our products here at CrownLuxx All sales are Final.

Unless you were sent the wrong item. Once order is labeled as Delivered You have 3-5 days to contact us after noticing the issue with the order.

After noticing, Contact us immediately so we can solve the issue quickly for you.


Products must NOT show any signs of being used/worn to be considered for an exchange. 

Which includes: Scratches, Scuffs, half used, Stains, Empty tubes, fingerprints, dents, bending Pieces, odor, Dirty, Not the same as what was Ordered, worn, Smudges, Water damaged, Marks, etc...
